It is important that the young people, who will determine the future of our country, rank in top positions among the European Union member states and candidate states with a high young population rate. They must be raised as individuals who can live together with diversity and who respect human rights and ensure their effective contribution to democratic life by strengthening the society and establishing a stronger democracy. Creative a society which can accept diversity as a richness, which thinks critically, adopts democratic values and respects human rights is only possible by supporting youth through ensuring that they see themselves as a part of this society and maintaining social harmony. Therefore our society needs to be sensitive to the rights of youth and to support them. |
